Windows 10 Migration
Smart Solutions will work with your on-site installer to handle all of the migration steps, walk the installer through the configuration settings, hard drive moves and any
necessary memory installations.
We have a team of highly trained technicians in place whose sole purpose will be to assist you with the Win 10 installation process. A dedicated toll free number is set
up to ensure that our software specialists can remain in communication with your on-site installer without compromise.
We have developed a simplified instruction manual to provide to your on-site installer. Our manual includes an installer checklist as well as a manager’s checklist to
ensure a smooth and accurate upgrade.
With patron provided scripts, Smart Solutions can also install AV, Licenses, office printers, emails and many other IT related items.
All that will be required of you is to simply have an installer on site with a Win 10 hard drive. We will walk them through any of the steps that cannot be handled
remotely. You can save money by utilizing your own installation technician or opt to have a Smart Solutions specialist be on site
